Black shoulders dna feathers said male & female

I sent in feathers for dna testing and the 1st time it said this black shoulder was a male. The 2nd time I sent it in said female. It's about 3.5 months old. Both parents are black shoulders. I hope the pictures show. This is the 1st time for me to post pictures! The other one has always tested female & she has all smudged feathers & solid white on the chest, no barring at all. I did see some iridescent on the fringe some of the darker feathers on the very low neck/between the shoulders.

The feathers on the back between the wings are iridescent.

Thanks. I was just curious. I used IQ bird testing for some geese I am second guessing. They are running another test with new samples in case I got them mixed up.
