Black spots on turkeys neck? [Help!]

So, the other day I noticed these spots or scab like things on my turkeys neck, and I was wondering if anyone has any idea of what this could be? I've read it could be a few things but I'm not so sure.

No, just a hen.

My guess is an insect bite followed by rubbing on something.
