When you say white tips, you mean just the tip of the feather?I agree, Sigrid makes it much easier to understand.
Sometimes white tips show up in my d'Anvers. They always manifest in different ways in Queeny. It's definitely something I try to breed away from though.
I look for white under-fluff, as this is usually the samething seen with the Chameleons. Under-fluff seems to be a fairly easy way to identify the oddity.
These are the same rooster, but from last year.
