So I have been treating a small prolapse with my 1 yr old Buff Orpington. Soaking, cleaning, manually replacing the prolapse (3 times total), hydrocortisone cream, probiotics/ electrolytes, secluded in the dark... All the things... Well Her prolapse seems to be better but she laid an egg this morning covered in blood. I realize it's due to the prolapse, but is there anything else I need to be doing treatment wise? I recall finding a bloody egg every once in a while over the last few months but never knew who it was until I saw her egg. It was the same as the other bloody eggs before. But she hasn't had the prolapse until this weekend. So any info and advice would be super helpful and appreciated. Thank you!!
