We will be in the spring. The original plan was Austra-whites but we didn’t end up with a black austrolorp rooster that we liked. i’m not sure if a blue australorp x white leghorn can be called an austra-white but it has all the same features that they are bred for except coloring I believe.Noob here. Any breed a blue australorp rooster with white leghorn hens?
They might even look the same i’m not 100% positive. This spring or late winter will be our first go at it.We will be in the spring. I do not. I was guessing he wanted breeding advice though since on previous threads he’s commented about owning australorps.Do you know where that member lives ?
Yea I know. I’m just not sure if the white would be dominant over all of those or not. I believe it would be but i’m curious to see if they will have any leakageI don't think Blue breeds 'true' unless there are two blue genes present.
You're probably going to get black, blue, white or splash offspring. Any of those variants as blue is just diluted black.

Okay thank you. I will definitely be testing this out in the spring.https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/blue-orpington-rooster-bred-to-white-hens.678874/
Someone bred a blue roo to white hens and got blue, black and barred.
i think since blue is black x splash genetics, the probability of them being white or some kind of splash is pretty likely, and maybe a diluted blue.
