Hi, I have had chickens for 1 year now, a and recently some of my eggs have been showing these bluish spots, almost like a mould. One of them was hardboiled and the spot grew drastically and turned very blue/green.
I dont have a picture of the boiled one, but here are what the spots look like. These eggs are only a few days old, and sat on the counter after collecting. Is something wrong with the hens? Or is a coop issue?

I'm just hoping its not a health or coop issue, and hopefully doesnt plauge all my eggs, making them unsellable

Nothing wrong a bit of calcium build up on em is all it is

One way to check if you're worried about mold: store a few eggs as you normally do, and try putting some in the fridge as well. Ideally use eggs from the same bird or same lay date. See if both groups show the blue spot, or if only the counter ones do.

That does not look like calcium to me.

Questions: do you wash your eggs or do you leave the “bloom” on them?

Do you live in a dry or humid climate? Are they near a heating or ac vent?

Do you collect eggs daily?

Interesting that the spots seem to be "consistent" on location. Where and how are you storing the eggs? Do you re-use cartons?
Do the spots scrape off or does that go all the way through the shell. Can you crack open an egg and get a photo of the inside of one?
Photos of the hard boiled eggs?

As for a hard boiled egg turning bluish/green on sometimes that does happen, it has to do with iron and sulfur. https://www.incredibleegg.org/cooking-school/tips-tricks/why-eggs-turn-green/
