Blue Slate/Self Blue/Lavender Turkeys

Anyone else have them. I just love mine. They have such big personalities. I also have Lavender Orpingtons

FYI, Self Blue and Lavender are just two different names for the same color turkey. The Self Blue aka Lavender will breed true. The Blue Slate will not breed true. If a Blue Slate is mated with a Self Blue, half the offspring should be Blue Slate and half the offspring should be Self Blue. If a Blue Slate is mated to a Blue Slate, the expected results are half of the offspring will be Blue Slate, a quarter Self Blue and a quarter will be Black.
