Boy or girl?

This little one is 15 weeks old, and the only chick from the batch with this feather typing.
They are very calm which has me worried it's a boy since that has been my experience so far (the sweet ones are always boys)
The father is a silked Egger mix

I've never had to sex such a fluffy little one before, so any input is greatly appreciated!

I suspect their mother is my Dutch Bantam/Silkie mix

A little harder with the straight comb for me as that's usually my first clue, but by now there would be hackle feathers and I see none, and the tail has no feathers sticking out like it would start by now too. I'd say pullet as well.
