I have 3 chicks, but they’re looking unusual for brahmas according to what I can find online.
They were supposedly light brahmas, but I realized quickly that is not the case. Do these still look like buff brahmas to you?

They were also supposedly sexed as female, but now I have doubts. I know it’s early, but do you have guesses about sex or should I stop worrying 😬 until later?

I put 2 pics of each bird… youngest first. I can post more pics if you think it would help. They were wary of the camera!

Thanks, friends!

It's too early to tell on gender, but nothings screaming 'boy' at the moment.

As for breed/type, I'm not entirely sure. It's easiest to tell once they're fully feathered.

They're so cute though!

I would try reposting in a couple more weeks. (6-8 weeks old is a good time)

Hi! My chicks look similar to yours, so I am wondering if you have an update on how they look now 2 months later?
