Brahma coop size?

So I have a few chicks ordered that will be here in about a month including one Buff Orpington, one Barred Rock, one Welsummer, and one Easter Egger and then just yesterday we added one Light Brahma to our order. I know that the Brahma will probably be the biggest of our chickens and was wondering if our coop needed to be modified to accommodate her. Will a standard nesting box and pop door work or do they have to be bigger? I'm probably overthinking it but am just worried about her struggling to do normal chicken things in a coop that's not made for a bird her size.

Any advice is appreciated!

Brahma are awesome!

It depends on the measurements of the pop door and the nests.

My pop door is 12" wide and 16" tall. My best boxes are 14" wide, 16" from to back and 16" tall. My big ole Brahma have no issues.

I do keep roosts at 24" off the floor so they don't struggle with getting down.

Thanks so much! We haven't made the pop door yet so we'll probably go ahead and follow those measurements. As for roosts we have a couple of different levels so hopefully, she'll be able to hop to whichever one she wants to sleep on :D

X2 except the roost height...mine are higher...also, keep in mind hatchery brahma, while larger birds, are not the monsters many think they'll have when they get them.

We have multiple levels of roosts though I'm not sure how high the lowest one is off the top of my head but 24" sounds about right. We're definitely not expecting a huge one like from that one video but everything I've read and seen says she'll still be noticeably bigger than our others.

Not sure if I can find side by sides, but this shows my last bunch at adult size.....all columbian patterned shown are light brahma....with hatchery stock wyandottes, etc....all same hatch date, shown about 18 months old

They were definitely bigger, just not by a lot.

That's pretty much what I was expecting I think but thank you for giving me a visual. These will be our first chickens so we're just going off of what we can find on the internet.
