She’s very red compared to our light Brahma which is why she’s questioning it

A light brahma should be white with a black neck and tail, unless you mean a lighter brahma.
But Partridge will have an entirely different color and pattern for males.

I was under the assumption Brahmas didn’t lay till 6-9 months but good to know
