Could anyone tell me the specific breeds that can be sexed at hatched?
I would like to incubate eggs that I will know from hatch pullets from cockerels. I have Cinnamon Queen eggs in the incubator now...

Cream Legbars are autosexing poultry. They are a pure breed but were originally created from a cross between the Brown Leghorn, Araucana and Barred Plymouth Rock amongst others. Young chicks can be sexed by the colour of their down shortly after hatching
(Got this from google...)
I try to help as much as I can even if it means I have to google it:lau

Dominiques also apparently. On my post "Dominiques-Roosters or pullets?'" I realized the hard way that the 4 lighter 'pullets' I ordered out of a batch of five were actually male. They're great birds though. I've also researched and Brummie Pekin is correct. Cream Legbars are a beautiful auto-sexing breed that lays blue eggs. (They're also quite expensive though) I'm not sure but barred rocks may have the same auto-sexing characteristics as dominiques...
This is a great link that explains how to sex day-old poultry and names several breeds.

Are your egss you have now first generation (meaning a cross between a red based male breed and silver based female breed) or are they from cinnamon queen hens mated by cq or other rooster?
I have 5 CQ in the incubator now, first generation. I want to order more eggs, however, really want to be able to tell if they are pullets at hatch. something different from CQ so I have a variety. I will make sure they are first generation. I want several more hens for egg laying and then am going to dry to go into incubation withdrawal "cold turkey" lol

Are you breeding CQ to CQ? If so they won't sex link. CQ themselves are sex links. They are hybrids created by breeding a New Hampshire rooster to a Silver Laced Wyandotte hen. CQs can not be bred to create more sex linked CQs

I can highly recommend getting Black Sex Links then to add to the CQ's.

Black Sex Links aren't quite as prolific as Red Sex Links (CQ's, and about a thousand other names), however, I find the BSLs to have a longer laying lifespan...ie they don't play out quite so quickly.

You can tell at a glance with 1st gen BSL and RSL. The black BSL (with red trim) against the red RSL (with white trim) is very pretty in the yard too.

For autosexing breeds, as some have stated, you can look at Cream Legbars, Welsummers, and Rhodebars, of the more common types. Dominiques and Barred Rocks are sexable at hatch but only from carefully controlled lines (which hatchery birds are not).

I personally would stay away from autosexing breeds and the barred birds unless you get them from reputable breeders. There's a lot of mixed breed stuff and poor quality out there being passed off under those breeds which are not sexable at hatch.

But even the hatcheries get the RSL and BSL right...as long as they don't mix the shipment or the chick bin. (No snark intended at the many fine hatcheries that provide excellent production layers...I have had more than a few of those in my flock...but never trust a feed store bin).
