Breeds with lots of feathers?

I'm wondering which breeds have the most/largest feathers. I collect them for various reasons and I plan to breed for big birds with lots of feathers and adding the frizzle gene to them as well.
Breeds I've considered- Cochins, Yokohamas and Jersey Giants. These specifically for their colors, I would prefer darker birds and less white unless it is speckling/mottled. I wouldn't want too many super long feathers unless I was able to breed them thick as well. I'm not worried about show quality things it's more just a personal project and I like them as pets.

Is there any more large heavy-feathered breeds I should consider?
Also does it matter if its a rooster or hen when breeding?
When I breed for a colored egg gene I know to only use colored eggs so I would be more concerned with the hen than the rooster, would this matter for feathering as well? (If that makes any sense)
I currently only have a frizzled rooster so I would have to start with hens which I think would be the best idea considering the size differences, I wouldn't want a large rooster on my small EEs.
Sorry if I'm rambling its exciting to think about even though I'm quite far off from adding more chickens 😁

In my own flock of 21 birds that are variety of breeds, I would say my Brahmas are pretty darn fluffy. The dark brahma has nice darker feathers with a nice pattern while the buff is a pretty shade of brown. There are other colors of brahma but some are harder to find than others.

What I want to see is a frizzled brahma, that would be an interesting bird.

That's my goal! There's pictures you can google most breeds with 'frizzle' in front and someone out there has a fluffy one! Dark Brahma is on my list and I'm lucky enough to be able to get more chicks this summer so I'll hopefully have my very own frizzle brahma here soon.
