We’ve have 3 chickens we need to rehome to better their lives or because they do not fit into our future breeding program.
1 Americana (Hen, Scissor beak)
1 White Cochin Bantam
1 Golden Sunbright Bantam Rooster
Hatch date was estimated to be March 31st.
Asking $30 (total) for all 3 or best offer. Priority will be given to offers keeping all 3 birds together.

Fuzzy (Hen): My personal favorite! She is always the first to greet me in the coop. She is a sweet tame scissorbeaked Americana (or atleast that’s what the local feed store had her labeled as). Because of her scissor beak, she needs a bit more attention than we can give her right now. We’ve recently had withhold the chicken feed for part of the day to prevent our wannabe-Houdini, Pain-in-the-butt goats from eating it
. (We’ve had 2 goats recently die in part by breaking in and eating chicken feed).
She eats on her own fine but needs access to food at all times and water from a bowl. Even though she can not forage well, she loves to free range. I would expect her to adapt well to a closed run if need be.
I will be so sad to see her go but I know it’s for the best for her. Please don’t eat her
Mrs Frizzle (Hen?): Hen I think. White Cochin Bantam. She will thrive at the top of the peaking order, dispute her size. Not very tame but will come to feed. Loves to free range but could adapt to a closed run.
Stella (Rooster): Photo is from June 3rd (he was about 9 weeks old). As you may have guessed by his name, Stella was not suppose to be a boy
. He is a Golden Sunbright Bantam. We have had no problems with him attacking or acting aggressive towards us or the other chickens, other than the normal roughness of a rooster trying to breed haha. But he also has no problem standing up to the other full sized Roosters so I don’t expect him to be bullied easily by others.
He’s not tame enough to pet but he comes to treats. Unfortunately He does not fit into our future breeding program.
