Bright red spots and big lumps on the skin of my chicken

My chicken has a swelling on one leg and she can't put weight on her foot. Her other foot is slightly swollen, but not so bad. There is no evidence of bite marks. There are red spots and lumps on her skin. All the other birds have moulted and are ok, but she hasn't. She's taking food when I offer it to her, but she can't move around to get food. Does anyone have any idea what the
problem is? Photos are included.

What climate do you live in and what temperatures have you seen lately? Has she been roosting on a perch or on the ground? Has the coop or run been wet lately? The foot looks like frostbite, which could explain the swelling and dark toes, but I'm not sure about the red bumps on the skin. Was she vaccinated for Mareks disease?

Thank-you for your kind reply, it has been very wet lately, and we have had some frost, but all my birds sit on perches to roost, I check them every night
the run is under cover with a wooden floor, when I'm at home ill let them run around on the grass, which is every day mostly, but the grass has been very wet,
her foot is so swollen now, she can not walk, I've been giving her Denagard, an antibiotic in water, hoping for the swelling to go down,
but so far nothing, I have got her in the house at the moment in a nest box, and put her outside with the others during the day, I don't think the out come is going to be good.

The Denagard may be effective against mycoplasma arthritis or gram positive bacteria. If she is drinking enough of it, it may help. I have never used Denegard, but have read that it tastes bad. Is she taking fluids well by mouth? Since she is inside, she may benefit from a warm foot soak every day in epsom salts or antibacterial wash.
