Hi all, I’m hatching some ducklings. I’m relatively new to ducks and so just wondered if I can get some advice. We had 6 eggs, only 2 hatched. Think the others haven’t formed properly unfortunately. They’re on day 32. One has made it out this morning after 24 hours post external pip. The other is still zipping.
The reason for my thread is due to a brown blob found in the incubator. It wasn’t attached to ducky. But I’m worrying if it’s the yolk or if it’s just membrane. Any advice? Ducky is doing well, clean umbilical area and trying to find its feet.
