Brownies....I have a great brownie recipe and it uses a lot of eggs!

I've got these in the oven now using 8 of the first dozen eggs from my girls!

I think they'll be perfect to take to my grandpa in the nursing home for Father's Day. I am planning on adding cream cheese frosting. Can't wait- yummy!

That sounds really good with the cream chesse frosting.....I don't usually do frosting on them. I just sprinkle powdered sugar on them you can add nuts too if you like them.

The recipe comes with a frosting recipe does anyone want it....it is a chocolate frosting.

Frosting that comes with these brownies.

Frosting:

1 stick says margarine (I prefer butter)
3 tblsp coca
1/3 cup 2 % milk
1 tsp vanilla
Powdered sugar

In a saucepan bring first 3 ingredients to a boil. Then remove from the heat. add vanilla and enough powdered sugar to make a spreadable frosting. It says half this recipe is more then plenty for a 9x13 pan of brownies so if you have extra to cut the ingredients in half next time. Unless you like lots of fudge frosting. Have at it!
