Bruise from pecking or something else?

Hello! Does it look like my girl got pecked? Or could this possibly be some type of fungus? Or she rubbed up against something with green paint on it? (not exactly sure how that one would’ve occurred)

This picture is from yesterday. Upon noticing it yesterday we didn’t put any topicals on it because there didn’t appear to be any broken skin (we use antibiotic ointment and/or vetericyn for wounds). Our chickens are on a remote property so we don’t see them daily; our next chance to check on and treat this issue will be tomorrow.
