Buff brahma with comb? Roo?

This is my only one with a comb....is it a Roo? I only ask because he doesn't have big dark shiny tail feathers like other Roos I see online but it is the only one with all this red around his face.

If it is the same age as the pullet in the background, it is a cockerel.
