She looks bearded, so will be harder to tell (hides the wattles somewhat).With mine, the wattles grew quite a bit and reddened up just prior to laying. From the photos looks like she has a ways to go yet. Polish start laying around 5-6 months usually. Can be longer.
Mine do not really “squat” like my other chickens, they are also very quiet about laying. I have read from others that Polish are noisy overall, I must have gotten some stealthy ones, as they do not cluck at all, they creak like a door.

He is so cute ! My buff laced is way bigger than my female buff laced that’s why I am asking.
