Bumble foot?

I’m assuming this is bumble foot, but I’m not sure how to treat the sides of his toes. It’s like they are shredded. He doesn’t take kindly to me putting him on his back to deal with his foot. And he flinches when I touch it. Any ideas what to do. Thank you.

Looks more like he's been walking on very rough/hard bedding. What kind of bedding are you using? Coop and run.

Looks more like he's been walking on very rough/hard bedding. What kind of bedding are you using? Coop and run.

I use straw for the bedding. Coop and run is just dirt with a small fish pond insert upside down for shelter and to out of the mud/dirt. I do let them out of the coop into my yard several times a day. Once in a while I do find little thistles in my yard.
