Bumblefoot? Do I need to treat?

My 1.5 year old Bielefelder hen has these little spots on each foot. I don't know if it's technically bumblefoot. Do you think I should treat?

Yes you’ll need to treat it. Start with Epsom salt soaks and apply Prid or Ichthamamol until the lesions have scabbed over, at which point you may go forward with removal and treatment. It shouldn’t take too long. Good luck!

There is no redness nor swelling to indicate that surgery is needed. I've done quite a few bumblefoot surgeries. It is not needed in this instance.
