Bummblefoot?

Has anyone experienced a chicken with bumblefoot that is holding the unaffected foot up? There is no bumble on the left pad but that’s the foot she’s holding up

I don't have expierience with this. but its possible the pressure on her foot pad helps relieve some of the pain

Thank you for your response wyorp, please let me know what you think based on the pictures attached! The third picture in you can see the bumble on her right pad but the other foot I don’t see a bumble-there are black dots but they don’t appear to be bumbles. Thank you so much

I'm not seeing much with the right foot either except for what looks like maybe a cut or cracked skin on the middle toe. Could be that's painful to her. I'd try to take a look at that and see what's going on there.

We discovered today she appears to have a swollen hock on her left leg, perhaps that’s the issue? Pictures attached -first picture is left hawk, second is right.

I agree it does look a bit larger than the other.

You can try epsom salts soaks if she will tolerate them, see if that helps reduce the inflammation.
