I admit I'm pretty naive about some things. I was shocked when I learned people hunt, trap & kill predators to eat on a regular basis (wolves, foxes, badgers, bob cats and mountain lions )

I have tried it as a kid.....greasy and has scent glands that have to be removed.... not on my menus

I do hunt raccoons. HOWEVER I have NEVER even considered eating them. Though I do know ppl do it. I skin them and sell the fur. I skin them in the woods so the carcass stays there and whatever wants it can eat it…
