Button Quail Hatch-a-long! Small/Tiny Things

I am thinking of raising a few quails with my bantams.

Is this OK to do?
Do quails have the same food and care like chickens?

I have a flock of bantam housing together in harmony.
2 Japanese bantam and 2 Pekin bantams. They are sticking like glue to each other.

No, chickens can carry diseases that can be passed to quail. And quail need different food. Check the articles tab above, there's lots of good info there about keeping quail.

This would not be a good idea. If the chickens don't outright peck and kill the quail, there are a host of other potential problems. Quail are not chickens, and they have different housing and feed requirements.
