Day 2, Forest Dweller.

Time to post my Shiny artwork!
I wanted to try out my iridescent watercolors so I decided to use the shiny blue one. I definitely could have tried for something shinier so I could use it more though. But I painted a gray-winged trumpeter because it has a shiny blue patch on its neck. It's a very unique bird.

Oh, lol, I thought you already bailed on the first day, I was a bit disappointed.
I love the shininess of blue and purple! Did you use watercolor?

Day two: forest dweller
I had to do an American Woodcock since they’re the goofiest little birds ever

And so I can be caught up, here’s a Barn Swallow I did a couple of weeks ago for today’s prompt.
A bug decided that gouache paint tastes good and tried to eat the background…

Awww I did one of those in a previous year, and a barn swallow too.
But that barn swallow is so beautiful!
It's very shiny! And I love the blue splatterings on the wings! So much depth in the that picture.
