Yes! The more you wear it the quicker it won't bother you and the quicker you'll forget it's even there.
 
Carp do you understand that what you eat and how much you move each day AND how much screen time each day all make a huge difference in how you feel?
Those three things are game changers, for real.
 
7.5 inches and my wrist is a whole 5.5.
I have skinny ankles.
My mom has real bird legs.
Mine aren't that skinny.

my wrist is 6.5 and ankle is 9.5.......never tried it on my ankle because I’m addicted to watch and stopwatch.....especially since i have clocks down at office and have to time impressions using my fitbit.....

this is a copy of my workout coaching email for today.....some good pointers to look at when checking your fitness level and core strength.....I did ok on the plank and can do the “stand-up” test pretty well for my age, but still need some additional work on the balance challenge!
