BYC Café

I hope you and Bella feel better today!
I think there is something stuck in the medial aspect of her eye. It just looked like something was trying to come to a head there. I will get some sterile saline and gauze and do a few warm compresses today and tomorrow and see if I can get it out.

We got the shower pieces home. Hubby built a flatbed conversion for our trailer for <$60. Whew.

@DobieLover, Menards didn't have either Sharkbite or Appolo Pex fittings. They had some other brand, Sioux Chief. So if we do Pex, we have to find the fittings somewhere else.

Someone who travels in his motor home said that those are being built with Pex plumbing nowadays. They must stand up well to a lot of vibration, I'd think.

This is a picture of the pretzel of copper pipe we have to replace.

Yup! I said the builder was an idiot! :lau

This is the guy who cut the drain hole for a toilet in the neighbor's house too close to the wall. What would any reasonable person do, once they were done swearing?

Nope. He mounted the toilet, and recessed the tank into the wall. An exterior wall. With very little insulation around it. They have to drain it in the fall and not use it all winter.
