Good morning brought another pot of coffee guess my morning to sleep late.

So after kinda coming to terms with dealing with jury duty am still hoping I don't have to actually go. I have to log on each evening to see if I'm scheduled the next day. So far so good, 2 down 8 to go.
I seem to remember having to show up each day where you might have to stay or not. This is much easier.

Yuummmmm...excellent in cocktail sauce for shrimp or crab,
and in mayo on a roast beef sammich.
Not fun to process it tho.

I had such a wonderful weekend (all 4 days) that I don't really want to go to work!

It's 39°, no frost. Which is good because I have more peppers and eggplant coming. I also made a frittata yesterday for the first time in months. I just couldn't stand in the kitchen long enough to make anything like that and didn't have any drive or desire to do so. Everything feels changed right now.
