This is the last day of my staycation. I have to go shopping and spend the day cooking for the week and cleaning the house. And C is sick again! I have to get him some sour throat lozenges.

Windy, cold, rain/snowy at times. I'm hoping the wind calms down a bit.

I need to do the grocery shopping. And go to the bank. I don't have a lot of motivation at the moment, for some reason.

The hot coffee is lovely! The breezes are still ripping here as well with just below freezing temps.
Today I take my DAF to do errands and get prescriptions. She still has a hard time driving.
The family dinner was fun and my GD is trying to figure out how to crawl and when she does, oh no! She will keep up with GS,
you can see it in her eyes. LOL!

Good Morning All,

I am having a giant cup of tea with milk and cinnamon, I love it. Coffee is no longer a regular thing for me, easing down the caffeine. I think coffee cause my hair to fall off and I do NOT like it. I noticed though no coffee for a few days stop the hair fall off.

It is raining again ....so NOT joyous. Muddy, itchy, humid and the rest of the uncomfortable business of constant rain.

More tea and more tea.

I got the grocery shopping done. Yay. I went to the bank and put some money into the saving account. Double yay.

This year's big projects are to get the chimney re-sleeved and possibly put on a wrap around porch.

Has anyone ever re-sleeved a chimney, or had it done? What did it cost? (I'll figure it's twice that now.) It's two stories, brick exterior.

Not me but I think I'll get my chimney inspected this year after I clean it.

I will be cutting up hardwood trees for next year.
But first, I have a babysitting stint this morning before I go play with
trees... LOL!
DL, I think we were all shocked to learn that you have not re-sleeved a chimney before!

Hello, late to the party - just got back from Annapolis. It was our son's 60th birthday. How did that happen? Thanks for the coffee. It's still good.
