My birds were enjoying the warm weather so much that I just had to share pics...

Hah!

I got the photos ready before someone else posted!

Crele Pene Chicks. Is the one that is lighter than the other two dark ones still a pullet?

It is amazing to see the roo already trying to show the girls where food is. Of course there is no food..

The first three Partridge Pene eggs are here. You can see them getting darker and a bit better. The other two are SG Dorking and EE.

I ordered it from GQF.

Go! Have fun at Disneyland! Then you can come home and spend hours getting caught up on this thread!
But I might miss something!!! Everyone here is so nice. Not like some of the other threads they can be downright hostile.....
Me....................I take the laptop with me and sit on it in the hotel room......................even down by the pool when we are in Mexico. I'm made chicken egg purchases, incubators, all kinds of stuff while on vacation, LOL My DH always just says......................."it's nice to see you be able to do that as long as you want".............good hubby! Even found a free dog kennel on Freecycle while in Cabo and asked them to hold it for me until I got home the following week, LOL ("no problem"). I'll try to get organized and post some pictures of the adults.
Yeah all I brought was my phone so not as easy as a full laptop. Explains why I appear illiterate in half my comments.
Welcome! I remember you from the showgirl thread. Did you have to sell all your beautiful girls when you moved or are you looking for some new stock/colors? I have silkie babies hatching, and my new white showgirl pair just started laying, just testing fertility now. I also have a showgirl partridge too who just started mating. His toes and feet are not great but his color is amazing. We are in San Jose. For that matter I have some extra silkie roos from cat dance silkies too that are very nice.black and what I'm guessing is Colombian. Huzzah!!! All of us? QUOTE] Hmmm I don't feel so awkward now :) Whoopo Hooooo I may have just figured out the multi quote option!!!!! I don't have that option on my Android tablet but it is on the iPhone!!!!

Oh my goodness! That is pure cuteness!

Love the little baldies! My kids were like that and what hair they did have was white. My daughter was almost 2 before she grew any hair. She has a great head of hair now though.
So my wife is a Vet tech. Her boss gave me a big manual on Poultry disease and flock managment that vets use... so cool.
Yeah, another "go to" guy! Hopefully your wife can translate into English for us. If it's like the medical journals I got from the Dr's I worked for, they still need explanation.
Quote: How nice of you Ron...where do we pick them up and what time!

What a nice guy! Woohoo! Anyone want to carpool?

Sounds like you need a smart phone so you can check the chicken forum on the go!

:D. That is what I am on so now I have lots of typos that seem to look fine before I hit the send button. I don't have any down time IN the park once I get there with my daughter. Just FYI and off topic but Cars Land at California Adventure is awesome!!!!

I love this! I read this to my hubby who typically gives pretty lousy presents in an effort to motivate him to work harder! We'll see when June comes around... I joke that I have Chicken Asperger Syndrome... here's a definition: Asperger syndrome (AS), also known as Asperger's syndrome or Asperger disorder , is an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) that is characterized by significant difficulties in social interaction, alongside restricted and repetitive patterns of behavior and interests. (translation, extreme talk about chickens!)

That's all just funny. And relatable ;)
