Call Duck Colours

1 year old, male call duck. He used to have a black head, but malted a few months ago and never gotten it back.
Does anyone know what colour he is?

The last pic was when he had a black head.

I don't know ducks so well as chickens, but wanted to suggest posting this directly in the ducks forum, and also I believe there is a call duck thread where you can post as well.
