Once I get my leg over her back. I had to jump off because I wasn’t on all the way when she started bucking

Ok. So I think instead of trying to ride her you need to first take care of the bucking problem, get her used to you, and practice with her mounting like rub all over her, lean on the saddle like you are going to mount but dont get on, And slowly work your way to riding her. I wouldn't cut corners, because then the issue never really goes away
