both, Apollo rides mostly English, but I go on trail rides with him in a western saddle. Cheez, my mule, rides western pleasure. I have got him over some small jumps. I have heard some people say mules are amazing jumpers and others say kind of mediocre, and in my expierience he isn't the best but jumping in a western saddle is a bit hard

That's awesome! I have so much respect for all western riders. barrel racing and roping requires so much strength and skill! English does as well but I think Western requires a bit more imo. I have done a bit of barrel racing (nothing major) and the work these riders go to is insane. English and Western
