I'm not sure, but here are a few guesses:

Black Sumatra Bantam (should have a pea comb, is all black at maturity--including beak, comb, and legs; but chicks usually have yellow on the belly at this stage)

Black d'Anvers Bantam (should have rose comb, some pictures show them as all black when chicks, should have muff/beard that make the face look extra puffy)

Easter Egger Bantam (any color is possible for them, but all black is rare. Pea comb is common, but other comb types could exist.)

In general, chicks for "black" chicken breeds often have yellow bellies at this stage. Chick for breeds with color names like "birchen" or "brown red" or sometimes "gray" or "silver" are more likely to be all black!

Most of the likely bantam breeds are "supposed" to have light colored legs and beak, but the dark ones sometimes manage to show up anyway.
