Can call duck embryos go dormant in late stages of growth?

I have a call duck egg that showed significant moving up until day 18. I candled again on late day 22 and saw no movement at all, (maybe a flicker of movement, but unsure). I set it up for lockdown today on day 23 and did one last look, and zero moment. I am feeling quite defeated, and not sure if I should even keep it in the incubator. I would really like to know if anyone has experienced this, and had the egg hatch normally?

I have not hatched call ducks, but have hatched other poultry. Do you see any veins? I look more for veins than movement. At the end sometimes the space it tight, so they don't move as much. Sometimes the duckling is just resting.
Do you have other eggs that you are incubating?
