Can I feed my girls apple peels?

I'm using the Granny Smith apples, green, for pie - CanI feed the peels to the chickens? i search the forum, can't find it anywhere..

They will have a very happy day with those apple peels.

You could stew them and cook a pot of rice with them and offer them a warm holiday treat if it is cold where you are.

My chicks and quail love slightly dried apple peels. I'm sure the big chickens will devour them any way you feed them.
