Can someone give me a good recipe for pork shoulder steaks?

All of these sound good.

Sometimes she doesn't like what I cook and won't eat. Generally though, if the house is clean when she gets home she's pleased as punch. I have that one nailed down today.

All I do is sprinkle on season all salt and broil..Yumm!

Here's my mother's recipe from way back.
Roast Stuffed Pork Tenderloin
3 large tenderloins
1/2 tsp salt
1 c bread crumbs
pinch of pepper
1/2 c chopped apple
1/8 tsp. paprika
3 tbsp. melted shortning
1/4 tsp. sage
hot water to moisten

Split meat lengthwise. Fill with stuffing & tie with cord. Place of roasting rack & cook in hot oven 425' 45 minutes. Serve with pan gravy.
