Can you get tapeworm segments in the chicken egg?

Hello I am new to hen keeping, I have four, two ex farm chickens about two years old and 2 hybrids about 5 months old.
I believe one or all of them have tapeworm as I’ve been seeing the little wiggling “grain of rice” type segments in the poop and I’m looking in to treating (I’m in the UK)

however I cracked an egg today and there was what looked like a little segment in the egg. Just wondered if anyone has any experience of this? Or is it just a normal egg - I know sometimes they have some funny looking bits floating about!

thanks for the help

Thank you! That’s super reassuring. Is it possible to ever get worm in the egg?
I’ll look for something with praziquantel
