Thank you, that’s been my concern as well. She’s got a mama raccoon with three babies that if it’s the same one as in the past it comes back every year. A couple years ago while she was feeding it I had every one of my fish in my fish pond killed. Bite and claw marks but nothing actually eaten. I’d hate to see them get a hold of my chickens especially with rabies having been flagged in our local wildlife population recently.I've never done this but I've read of sprinkling flour down to get a clear track impression. I would suggest getting yourself a live trap also. Coons are evil.
