I have 2 chicks that are about 7 wks old showing mild symptoms of wry neck. Could just dissolve vitamin e their waterer. If so, in what ratio of vitamin e to water? Any recommendations for supplements I could try?

I'm sorry you have 2 that are not doing well.
Can you post some photos or a video of them?
Are they displaying any other symptoms?
What do you feed?

Vitamin E is an oil so it will not mix in with the water.
You can prick the Vitamin E gel cap and squirt the oil into the beak or squeeze it over a very small amount of a treat like bits of scrambled egg if you feel they will eat it all.
Each chick needs to get 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4 tablet of B-Complex daily.
