Can you place rabbit poop that is somewhat soaked in urine onto the base of plants as fertilizer? Will they work on all plants (including roses and orchids)?

I believe if some of the manure or urine is too fresh it’s too acidic for plants and could kill them, but I don’t have a ton of experience with rabbit poop and am no expert

Rabbit poop is recycled by the rabbit,. If it is dry should be safe normally (at least for plants that don't hate manure).

Using nitrogen at this time of the year is not a good idea on the other hand. You don't want your plants using it to produce tender grow at the gates of winter.
