Candling Maran Eggs

Seems sensible to me that there a higher chance of this under a broody hen because of the nest, whereas an incubator should be mostly a sanitary environment.
Is there any truth to that among experienced hatchers here?

I'd be interested to know any theories on this also as I have thirty five eggs in an incubator now as well. They are all really light pigmented brown so I probably won't have an issue like I did with the maran mix but it's still interesting. Definitely didn't think my day would include sniffing eggs lol.
