I have a 20 week Cayuga that has been limping for about a month now, it is definitely not bumblefoot or an infection. I've tried giving her additional niacin and aspirin to no effect, I've also attempted various means of splinting and wrapping the leg in case her ankle is injured. Those methods seem to make the problem worse since she fights the splint so much. There appears to be some localized swelling at the ankle and I have felt it pop a couple of times while wrapping it. She still moves the leg a little in the water and kicks it when she's picked up. Currently isolated from the flock and on limited movement but that's about the end of my ideas.

Does anyone have any further treatment suggestions?

I would have a shallow (6-8” deep) tub of water in with her. Swimming is the best thing for it. She is then moving it but not bearing weight on it. I use a bus boy tub from Sam’s club. I have heard others use oil pans.

Do you ever add Epsom salt? I've heard mixed things about it.
I do when the injury is recent but only when I bring them in the house for bathtub time therapy. You don’t want them to drink too much of it. If you want to try it, I would bring her inside and then still leave plain swimming water in her coop.
I will also add Comphrey leaves or tea to the water when an injury is recent, but not several weeks later.
