Meyer hatchery in Polk Ohio! Thank you for your detailed response! I was also confused by the little gray one

Their website does not have any lavender (self-blue) Cochins, but they do have White Cochins. The chick photos for White Cochins show some with gray, so that might be what you have:

Edit to add:
They also have Cochins in Black/Blue/Splash (all three colors from one breeding pen.) If your chick grows feathers are are not completely white, it might be a Splash Cochin.
