Chick piped wrong end HELP

So I have a broody hen hatching 2 eggs! I went to check on her and one piped on the wrong end of the egg so I pelted some of the membrane back and it started to bleed so I stopped! I have it in my incubator right now! What should I do? Give it back to the mom? Any advice would be helpful thank you!

Chicks pip at the wrong end all the time. I wouldn't have gotten involved just because of that.
I have never needed to assist, especially not with a broody, so I haven't a clue.

It doing a lot better! When I put it in my incubator the broody hen was off her nest and it was cold. The baby was not talking at all but it has warmed up and is taking a lot! The 2 egg has piped and is a chatterbox! Thank you for your reply!
