Chick pipes wrong end and breaks yolk sack!

I can't get a good view of the sacred right now. Should I take him out of his shel or leave him in?? There is blood now because he keeps putting his foot in the sack! Another chick hatched but couldn't walk or stand or lift his wings. My other eggs appear to all be 19 day quitters. So it's just this guy and the disabled chick I have. My hen is really old and ikd if that's the problem but I want these to hatch before she either stops laying or dies.

This is an awful hatch! I don't know what's wrong with them this time :'(

It looks really bad. I have him wrapped in a wet paper towel diaper. I think one of his feet is deformed. His yolk has been out since this morning and not absorbed at all.

how's it doing?
should I try to push the yolk back in?? I have him with his wet towel diaper and setting feet down so hopefully he doesn't rip it open or out any more.

I don't know what else to do. I think maybe the sac isn't ruptured but idk what the yellow liquid is.

Is there anything else I can do or is this just a nature takes its course thing? :/

I say leave it in the bator to dry out and let nature take its course. Cause it could get worse if you push it in I would change the wet towel every couple hours to keep it clean and not get infection do you have any pedialyte? Let me look to see to give it some boost. It could be the stuff it's supposed absorb.

OK I'll change his towel again now and then I guess just wait till morning and see if he makes it. It's a pretty big sac so I don't know if it will fall off or absorb or what. I changed out the incubator liner. There are still some other eggs in there from other birds that are supposed to hatch later. I have them in a egg carton and I flip it every few hours except when I'm gone or asleep.

I'm afraid to tie off the sac as I don't know what it is and if there are organs or not. Part of it looks like maybe it is organs. I just don't know and I don't want to mess with it. I see no clear way to get it back inside either
