Polish is another hard one to tell and they say it’s easier at 1 week old. I had a polish Frizzle Rooster “Pippy” it was a sad and horrible day when he protected the girl and a fox took him. I was so upset! I have added photos for you. Pippy was a beautiful cuddly boy, who was so brave!
But pom-pom heads are girl and Mohawk heads are boys..

I can take a guess for you, Silkies are really hard to sex. The best photos for people when it comes to Silkie is face shots with head and wattles showing.
I’m thinking 2 girls and 1 boy.

Thanks for the guess - I am just hoping they are not all males - to me they all look pretty close to the same size and heads but I guess time will tell.

I dont really like to get deep into these things, but telling sex is easy. Chicks usually have markings. If chicks have dark areas or marks, theyre female. If they are only one color, they are male. If its too hard to decide by that, you should watch its behavior. If you see one attacking the others, you will know its a boy. Be aware hens attack too.

I would say pullet. Not an expert, but I’d bet girl

I was wondering if anyone could identify what kind of chicken/if we could tell if it’s male or female. We purchased “her” as a Buff Orpington Chick but it’s seems to be completely different then our other chickens! Thanks!
