Hi all, I have a backyard flock of 3 chickens and recently noticed one of my 2-month old Lohmann Browns had bubbly eyes, and the shape didn’t seem as they normally are. Poop is normal, eating and drinking well, active as usual, but last night she was chirping more than usual, especially when I came to the coop. The other 2 chickens, a 2-month old and a 4 month old, show no symptoms. I’m suspecting MG, as there were a lot of fireworks for CNY, maybe stressed her out? The few cuts on her face, are from the galvanized hardware cloth in the coop, which I’m trying to cover up. The picture with 2 of them is what her eyes looked like before. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi all, I had to buy a different Tylosin tartrate 10% because the link you sent was out of stock. However I’m not really sure how much powder to put in their water, it says here 10g per gallon for 5 days. Does this sound right? Just checking because this medicine is for larger animals as well

Thanks for showing these options, I checked the links but these only ship to US and I live in Malaysia, so I won’t be able to buy from here. Would the 10% work though?

I wish I knew exactly how much medicine is in it. The label is a bit blurred. When they say it is 10%, that seems to be weak. You could try the dosage they recommend, or even double it, and see if it helps. Dosage depends on how well they are drinking the water anyway.

Here’s a picture of the label more clearly. I’ll start adding it to their water tomorrow and see how it goes. Thanks for everything, I really appreciate it!
