Chicken breed/sexing help

Please help identifying the breed (and gender if an auto seeing breed) of this little one. It’s a little over 3 wks old. I was originally told maybe oegb.. every time I try google it says legbar or cream legbar… I also got sebright once which I know isn’t correct. First few pix were today. I do have them going back to the day I picked it up as well though. Thank you!!

It’s a boy, the black breast feathers and paler chick down show this. For breed I see no reason to think he isn’t a duck-wing Game bantam, unless he’s too big and I can’t tell in the photo.
